Once chosen, you may enhance your journey with add-ons—whether bespoke accessories, expanded photography sessions, or additional keepsakes. Most couples spend 7–10 days with us in Japan, Korea, or Vietnam. This allows time for fittings, photography sessions, and design consultations, as well as the opportunity to enjoy the cultural and travel experiences we curate for each location. For more intricate creations or extended celebrations, your stay can be tailored to suit your schedule.

Only your wishlist and an inspiration board. From there, our team will guide you through every stage—from the first sketch to the first fitting, and from the first design consultation to the first photograph. Everything else is taken care of within the Maison, so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

You are welcome to travel light. While many couples enjoy taking select pieces home with them, Maison Knottiserie offers fully insured international shipping for gowns, suits, invitations, and keepsakes. Each item is packaged with the same care in which it was created, ensuring it arrives safely wherever in the world your vows will be spoken.

At Maison Knottiserie, each journey requires careful preparation and reserved time within our ateliers. But we also understand that sometimes plans must change.

 Should this happen, we offer the following:
• Wedding Prelude Packages may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to your scheduled experience, with a full refund.
• Pre-Honeymoon Travel Packages may be cancelled up to 60 days prior for a full refund, given the extended travel arrangements and curated experiences involved.

Beyond these windows, reservations are non-refundable, as atelier time and travel arrangements will have been secured exclusively for you.
